Restaurant Supervisor

Your responsibilities

Assist with oversight of front-of-house and back-of-house Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction Respond efficiently to customer complaints Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible Organize and supervise shifts Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations Control costs and cut waste Successfully promote and publicize the brand Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as restaurant supervisor Track operations and start corrective actions Training Policy adherence Staff recruitment, motivation and retention Bookkeeping Opportunity for advancement We offer Great Benefits Medical with 30 hours per week or more Dental, Vision and Aflac for part-time with a minimum of 20 hours per week 401(k) with company match Employee Assistance Program Equal Opportunity Sky Dine Inc.
