Your expertise will enable customers to seamlessly transition to production, leveraging the full potential of our data platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implement Solutions: Design, develop, and deliver data integration and intelligence solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring seamless implementation and upgrade processes.
• Educate Customers: Provide expert guidance and training to customers, empowering them to effectively utilize our data platform and drive business outcomes.
• Support Production Transition: Collaborate with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing any technical or operational challenges that may arise.
• Drive Solution Adoption: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to drive adoption and growth.Required technical and professional expertise• Data Integration Expertise: Deep expertise in designing, developing, and delivering data integration and intelligence solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring seamless implementation and upgrade processes.
• Technical Implementation Skills: Experience with implementing, installing, and upgrading data platform solutions, with a focus on driving business value for clients.
• Customer Education Experience: Experience in providing expert guidance and training to customers, empowering them to effectively utilize data platforms and drive business outcomes.
• Production Transition Management: Experience in collaborating with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing any technical or operational challenges that may arise.
• Solution Adoption Strategies: Deep expertise in fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to drive adoption and growth.Preferred technical and professional experience
• Data Platform Optimization: Deep expertise in optimizing data platform solutions to drive business value for clients, ensuring seamless implementation and upgrade processes.
• Advanced Technical Implementation: Experience with implementing, installing, and upgrading complex data platform solutions, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
