bamboohr.com/careers/629 Job Description: Lotus Notes / HCL Domino Application Developer – Support Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience: 5+ Years Work Timing: US Eastern Hours Engagement: Long-term Contract / Full-time Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Lotus Notes / HCL Domino Application Developer to support, maintain, and enhance existing business applications.

The role involves application troubleshooting, workflow maintenance, production support, and resolving issues in a legacy Domino environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing Lotus Notes/HCL Domino applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Support forms, views, workflows, approval processes, and application access.
• Analyze business requirements and implement controlled application changes.
• Assist with application upgrades, testing, validation, and issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage support tickets.
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams to resolve incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant Lotus Notes / HCL Domino development and support experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Domino Designer, @Formula, and LotusScript.
• Experience in application maintenance, debugging, and production support.
• Understanding of workflows, approval routing, and application security.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with change requests, incident management, and application documentation. Additional Information
• Experience supporting legacy applications is preferred.
• Exposure to Domino administration or version upgrades is an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable supporting business-critical applications during US working hours.
