TPA Performance Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive and manage performance related to TPA expectations, metrics, scoring, and surveys-specifically for Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Westhill, Sedgwick, Accu. Serve, and potentially others. Understand the metrics and scoring mechanisms for each TPA partner and communicate to department heads and team members what actions are necessary to achieve outstanding results and optimal scoring for each TPA partner.

Monitor all TPA platforms daily. Identify areas of the workflow in all trades that need extra attention and continuous coaching to achieve superior and consistent results specifically related to TPA performance. Nurture constructive and collegial relationships with TPA’s key personnel and ensure lines of communication remain open at all times.

Other TPA compliance responsibilities as needed. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of restoration industry work experience Knowledge and understanding of scoring and metrics used by restoration industry TPAs Knowledge and understanding of restoration industry estimating platforms, TPA platforms, and job management software (DASH) Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Fluent in English Solid work ethic, high integrity, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
