Lot Operations & Vehicle Prep Specialist

We pride ourselves on promoting from within—this role is a direct pipeline into our high-paying Service, Parts, and Sales departments.

Daily Responsibilities: Showroom Presentation: Coordinating, parking, and maintaining the layout of our 200+ vehicle outdoor display lot. Detailing Excellence: Performing thorough interior detailing and exterior washes to ensure vehicles look brand new. Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the dealership lot and walkways organized, safe, and professional.

Teamwork: Partnering with sales and service departments to ensure quick, seamless vehicle turnarounds. What You Bring: A valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record. Complete comfort operating a wide range of vehicles, including manual (stick-shift) transmissions. Strong time-management skills and an eye for the finer details.
