Highland Springs/Saukie Concessions

This is seasonal work involving the concession operation of Whitewater Junction Water Facility for the Rock Island Parks & Recreation Department and/or golf courses. Work involves responsibility for food and beverage serving in a fast paced work environment. The workers greet customers, explain the menu, take food and drink orders, prepare food for consumption, serve food and beverages, and operate a cash register, which includes accepting payment and returning accurate change.
