**📌 What you’ll do **
This role will contribute to the execution and coordination of vendor lifecycle processes, ensuring proper governance, risk control, and alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements
** ✅ What we’re looking for **
- Supporting the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, from onboarding to contract management and monitoring.
- Coordinating third-party risk assessments, ensuring all required documentation is complete and tracked.
- Maintaining and updating vendor inventories and documentation in internal tools (SARA, GRC, etc.).
- Supporting the contract management process, including documentation, tracking, and repository maintenance (DocuSign, IAM, Ariba).
- Following up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of TPRM and sourcing activities.
- Assisting in the preparation of materials for governance forums (TPRM / Sourcing).
- Contributing to cost control and vendor optimization initiatives.
**✅ What can earn you extra points **
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years in Bank ecosystem
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong ability to structure and analyze information.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, VBA, or similar) is valued.
- Exposure to contract management or procurement tools (e.g., DocuSign, Ariba, GRC platforms) is a plus.
- Ability to work with multiple systems and ensure data consistency and traceability across tools.
- Fluent English.
