Inclusion Aide

• Under the general supervision of the Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, helps create welcoming, inclusive, and fun recreation experiences for participants of all abilities. Provides hands-on support to participants with disabilities, mental health conditions, or other individual needs, helping them feel successful, connected, and confident while working toward their personal goals. Provide direct support to participants who have requested inclusion services (1:1 support or group support) Provide program support within adaptive or Therapeutic Recreation programs Foster inclusive environments within Recreation programs Assist with program related tasks as needed
