Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to support Steer. Bridge’s talent acquisition efforts across technical and specialized positions. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, develop proactive sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates in support of business and mission needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and specialized roles, such as software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, DevOps, IT, and technical leadership, from intake through onboarding handoff.
