Insurance Claims Associate

Why is this role important to Field Nation? The Insurance Claims Associate will be part of our growing Customer Support Escalation team as we work to build long-term, consistent processes and policies for General Liability and OAI claims. By working closely with other internal teams, the BD Insurance Lead, & Sr. Claims Analyst, this position will help us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction as we continue to grow and evolve within this department and across Field Nation.

The longer-term goal of this role will be to completely handle all types of claims from start to finish and master all aspects of our COI program.
