Job Details: Job Location: Kikkoman Foods Inc Missouri Plant

• Warrenton, MO, Salary Range: $21.00Hourly, Job Shift: First Shift, As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Please note operators are expected to efficiently carry out sanitation tasks, which include but are not limited to, the use of power washing equipment, floor cleaning, and various other duties such as rising with low-pressure hoses, squeegeeing, sump pump, scraping, sweeping, moping and dusting in confined spaces and entryways as needed. It is important to note that sanitation activities may create wet conditions for the operator. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available upon request for those who prefer to use while cleaning.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process, ensuring production goals are met. Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials and other items. Use of electric hoists, forklifts and other lifting devices to load materials on line. Responsible to assist in the changeover of machinery for various sizes of product lines.

Record and report various production data. Comply with all established system operation procedures, GMP/HACCP rules and safety guidelines. Comply with all departmental & company-wide food safety policies & procedures. Responsible to report actual or potential food safety concerns to upper management. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment is highly preferred. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects. Comfortable working in environments that require frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
