Marketing and Content Manager

Position Summary

CROFT Production Systems is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & Content Manager to lead the company's marketing initiatives, brand development, content production, and digital media presence. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions CROFT as an industry leader in natural gas processing equipment, manufacturing, rentals, sales, parts, and field services.

The Marketing & Content Manager will oversee the creation of professional marketing materials, technical content, photography, videography, social media, website development, and digital campaigns. A key responsibility will be working directly with CROFT's engineering, manufacturing, sales, and service departments to capture the company's technical expertise and translate it into valuable content that educates customers, builds trust, and generates business opportunities.

The goal is to establish a consistent, professional marketing operation that supports CROFT's growth and sales objectives. Primary Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Development Content Creation & Media Production Digital Marketing & Website Management Social Media & Communications Sales & Business Development Support Internal Department Coordination Marketing Analytics & Reporting Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent experience preferred.

3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing , content creation, or digital media. Demonstrated experience developing and managing marketing campaigns. Experience with professional photography and videography. Proficiency with video editing and graphic design software. Experience managing websites and SEO initiatives. Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars. Ability to analyze marketing data and report measurable results. Strong organizational and project management skills.
