Shop Floor Material Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and highly organized Manufacturing Water Spider / Shop Floor Material Coordinator to support our machining and assembly operation. In this role, your primary mission is to keep our machinists and operators focused entirely on production. You will act as the operational heartbeat of the shop floor—eliminating downtime by managing material movement, coordinating outside services, and serving as the vital link between Production Control and Operations.

As we transition toward a lean manufacturing environment, you will also play a foundational role in implementing and maintaining our new Kanban replenishment systems.
