Medical Devices Installation Project Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Medical Devices Installation Project Coordinator based in Romania. As a Medical Devices Installation Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and delivery of medical equipment installations across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA), as well as the Asia-Pacific region.

You will coordinate installation projects from initial site surveys through to final completion, ensuring timelines, resources, and customer expectations are effectively managed. Acting as the central point of contact between customers, field engineers, subcontractors, distributors, and internal teams, you will facilitate smooth communication and efficient project execution.

You will oversee scheduling, optimize technical resource allocation, monitor project milestones, and proactively address operational challenges. Working in a fast-growing medical technology environment, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions that support more accurate and effective cancer treatments.
