Rebuild Quote and Standard Job Analyst - Piscataway, NJ

JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop, review, and maintain rebuild and major repair estimates, ensuring alignment with pricing, margin, and profitability objectives. Create and manage project documentation, including binders, Teams channels, calendars, OneDrive folders, and supporting records. Maintain standard job templates, labor standards, parts lists, and fixed-price programs, updating pricing as labor and parts costs change.

Analyze historical repair data, project performance, labor utilization, and parts consumption to improve estimate accuracy and identify cost variances. Partner with branch service teams, Product Support Sales, and Service Operations to prepare technical and financial quotations and standardize estimating practices. Drive continuous improvement through risk analysis, scope review, profitability assessments, implementation of new service programs and estimating tools, and other assigned projects.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 to 5 years of related work experience in service operations and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Strong knowledge of heavy equipment service operations, machine rebuilds, repair processes, estimating methodologies, labor and parts costing, profitability analysis, and equipment lifecycle management.

Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP/service management systems, estimating tools, and technical service documentation. Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities, with a collaborative, customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail when managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
