Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Endocrinologist to join an established multispecialty, outpatient practice in East New York, Brooklyn. Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, nodules, cancer), osteoporosis, pituitary and adrenal disorders, and metabolic syndromes. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, and interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic tests.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management (insulin, thyroid hormones, etc.) and lifestyle modifications. Order and interpret specialized endocrine testing such as glucose tolerance tests, thyroid ultrasounds, fine-needle aspirations, and hormone level assays. Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, dietary modifications, and preventive care.

Collaborate with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other specialists within the multispecialty practice to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in electronic medical records. Stay current with advancements in endocrinology research, treatments, and technologies to enhance patient care.

Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Experience: Must be working or associated with a hospital setting.
