A competent person with PDO Permit Holder card, who initiates and requests the work permit, and initiate or take part in the Risk Assessment (RA) or Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). He is responsible for: Detailing on the permit the work to be done, the equipment to be worked on, the method to be used, the tools and equipment to be used etc.

Attaching to the permit, as applicable, all supporting documentation including Risk assessment (RA) or Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), drawings or other details developed during planning of the work and assessment of the risks. Submitting the permit to Operations for the operational preparations to be made. Communicate to the Permit Issuer the nature and scope of the work and special tools involved.

A permit applicant has to be experienced in the execution of the job and be trained in for PTW system Good communication skills in English & Hindi, madatory. 300 - 400 50 12 hours / 7 Days a week NON-OT 2 Electrical Sipervisor (CEP) 16 Diploma Electrical with PDO Permit Holder Card (Valid/Expired) Must be a Competent Electrical Person with mimumum 08 years’ experience in Electrical maintenance work in Oil & Gas / Petro Chemical Plant Turnaround jobs.

Must have PDO Permit Holder card. He is responsible for: Work on both LV and HV systems up to 33 kV including UPS system. Meet all requirements for Electrical Technician as stated in S/N 24. Conversant with hazardous area electrical equipment. Possess a robust understanding of electric motor construction. Robust knowledge of cable design and materials used and the handling requirements of such goods. Able to effectively organise up to 10 Electrical Technicians. Must be able to write and speak English Language. Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows and good understanding of CMMS. 350 - 400 50 12 hours / 7 Days a week NON-OT 3 Instrumentation Supervisor 3 Diploma Instrumentation with PDO Permit Holder Card (Valid/Expired) Minimum 08 years expereince as Instrumentation maintenance Suprvisor in Oil & Gas / Petrochemcial industry Turnaround jobs.
