Responsibilities

Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations, conflicts, or security breaches Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes Enforce property policies and procedures while managing conflicts with professionalism and tact Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behaviors and preventing theft or vandalism Full-Time, 7 days a week Standing outside long periods of time, Walking Working outside in the cold Skills Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Familiarity with security systems, including alarm systems and access control devices Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and document incidents accurately Demonstrated commitment to safety, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions This role offers an engaging opportunity for individuals committed to maintaining secure environments while enjoying the stability of weekly pay and benefits.
