Experienced Excavator Operator – Pond Excavation & Demolition

Drewry Site Development is hiring an experienced excavator operator for site development projects in the South Daytona, Florida area. We need someone who can work confidently on pond excavation, slope construction, and building demolition while maintaining accurate grades and a safe jobsite.

Responsibilities

Excavate and shape ponds to the required depths and slopes Cut, grade, and finish slopes according to project plans Operate an excavator during building demolition and debris removal Work around utilities, structures, equipment, and crew members safely Read site plans and grade stakes, and communicate with the superintendent and crew Inspect and maintain equipment daily Qualifications Proven excavator operating experience in pond excavation, slope work, and building demolition Ability to produce accurate, consistent grades without constant direction Strong understanding of excavation and demolition safety practices Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a site development crew Valid driver’s license If you take pride in clean, precise equipment work and have hands-on experience in all three areas, we’d like to hear from you.
