DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

| About the role As the Order Management Specialist , you will: Reviewing and processing incoming orders; Monitoring orders throughout the process; Maintaining telephone contact with customers; Taking ownership of sales order processing; Following up on sales orders and ensuring they are handled accurately and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Order Management Specialist: Has an MBO-level education or equivalent level of working and thinking; Has an ambitious mindset and enjoys working towards results; Is customer-oriented, accurate and detail-focused; Is available to work 40 hours per week; Ideally, is fluent in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing.
