Digital Adoption & Change Enablement Lead

This role sits within the Digital Technology, Communication & Change team, whose mission is to drive digital adoption and support digital transformation across the organization. The consultant will support two Communities of Practice:

• Digital Change Management Community
• Functional System Owner Community The role combines both Change Management and Digital / IT expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Change Management Community

• Maintain and enhance change management frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits.
• Support the growth and maturity of the community.
• Contribute to learning and capability-building journeys.
• Capture and integrate best practices into existing methodologies. Functional System Owner Community
• Lead change management activities.
• Develop and execute communication plans.
• Coordinate training and engagement initiatives.
• Perform stakeholder mapping and impact assessments.
• Support organizational changes linked to digital systems and processes.

Requirements

Must Have

• Prosci ADKAR Certification (mandatory). Strong Change Management experience, including:
• Communication planning
• Stakeholder mapping
• Training and adoption activities
• Change strategies and execution Solid Digital / IT background:
• Digital transformation projects
• System implementation
• IT project environments
• Service management concepts Ability to interact with confidently both technical and business stakeholders. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all organizational levels. Practical, hands-on approach with willingness to drive operational activities.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as an Engineer, Developer, Domain Lead, or similar Digital role.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with AI, Power Apps, Copilot, or automation initiatives.
• Experience building Communities of Practice.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Experience in a global and matrix organization.
