Associate Lead - Employee Relations

Responsibilities

Employee Relations Contributes actively on an ongoing basis to drive employee relations initiatives, ensuring harmonious employee relations and increased employee engagement. Provides support to line managers and BPHRs in investigating and resolving employee relations issues at the location to facilitate agreements, settle conflicts, and minimize disputes. Deploys employee relations programs and interventions as required. Organization Culture and Values Spreads awareness of company culture and values through CLIFE sessions and awareness weeks to ensure employees are aligned with organizational objectives, culture, and values, enabling seamless and effective deployment. Employee Support & Services Handles employee-management concerns in coordination with the ER Manager to enable quick resolution of employee issues at the location. Positive Work Environment Creates awareness among employees about the company’s anti-harassment initiatives and investigates assigned cases to provide employees with a positive and inclusive work environment. Employee Communication Works closely with employee groups and collects employee feedback through various communication programs. Shares feedback with management to proactively improve policies and practices based on employee input. Emergency Response Responds in a timely manner, in collaboration with partner teams, to emergency situations related to human resources in order to effectively manage employee emergency handling. Employee Assimilation & New Hire Compliance Runs the induction process efficiently to ensure effective assimilation and rapid enablement of new hires into the business. Assists in investigating background screening deviations to enhance personnel security through robust background verification processes. HR Partnership Liaises with employee support groups and vendor groups to ensure quality and timely services for employees, enabling the required service levels from support functions.
