Service Technician
Job description
Shape Process Automation (SPA) is seeking a Service Technician to join our Aftermarket team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support for SPA robotic systems across North America. This role includes operating the 24-hour hotline, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues, programming robot paths, and conducting customer training.
The technician ensures optimal system performance and maintains strong customer relationships in alignment with SPA’s mission and goals.
