Baptist Health is hiring a Clinical Support Coordinator for the Navigation Team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time days position located at Baptist MD Anderson.

Baptist MD Anderson is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator to support their Nurse Navigator Team. The ideal candidate for this role would have previous medical office/coordination experience and obtains excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Clinical Support Coordinator, Baptist MD Anderson, Job Responsibilities: Supports Clinical Team Managers in their daily interactions with patients, physicians and field clinicians.

Supports Clinical Team with administrative tasks. Promotes harmonious relationships with the Clinical Team Managers, field clinicians, physicians, office staff and patients to ensure coordination of care. Works under the direction of the Clinical Team Manager.
