Qualifications

• Hands-on senior IC who's built products that got real traction or scaled meaningful systems.
• Full-stack depth across backend, databases, security, and ideally infrastructure (AWS is a plus).
• Comfortable deploying LLMs in production: testing, diagnostics, and continuous monitoring.
• Lives to build: side projects, open-source, startups.

Compensation

$180K–$300K salary with equity reflecting the scope of ownership and commitment. Process - 30-minute call with founder - 30-minute technical deep dive
