Purchase Manager / ERP system implementor

Our customer is hiring for the following role: Job Title: Purchase Executive – Advanced Excel, ERP & Accounts Knowledge Nevertiti Group is looking for a Purchase Executive with strong purchasing skills, advanced Excel knowledge, accounting knowledge, and experience using ERPNext and other ERP systems .

Key Responsibilities

Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers. Create purchase orders in ERPNext or other ERP systems and follow up on deliveries. Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams on stock requirements, goods receipts, and supplier payments. Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt records.

Maintain accurate supplier, item, pricing, and purchase records in the ERP system. Prepare purchase, inventory, and cost reports using advanced Excel. Assist with supplier account reconciliation and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Requirements

Previous experience in purchasing or procurement. Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis. Practical knowledge of ERPNext and other ERP systems , particularly purchasing, inventory, and accounting modules. Accounting knowledge, including purchase entries, accounts payable, and supplier reconciliation.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-time
