🚢 Hiring: Junior Import Operations Specialist We’re hiring a Junior Import Operations Specialist to join a leading Freight Forwarding company in Sheraton, Cairo .

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree. 1+ year of experience in Import Operations / Freight Forwarding . Experience with Sea & Air Freight is preferred. Good knowledge of import shipment procedures. Familiarity with BL, D/O, ETA, Demurrage & Detention . Good command of English. Good MS Office skills, especially Excel & Outlook . Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on import shipments from start until delivery. Monitor ETA/ATA and update shipment status. Review BL, Invoice, and Packing List. Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, agents, and customs clearance teams. Follow up on Delivery Orders and shipment release. Handle shipment delays/issues and provide regular client updates.
