Assistant Kitchen Manager

Common Man Roadside is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager for our Manchester location on South Willow Street. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will support the Kitchen Manager and their team in the operations and performance of the kitchen.

This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers. Duties include: Overseeing the planning and preparation of food production Ordering and inventory management Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs Safety and sanitation Employee management, including scheduling, training, and development Qualifications: Minimum 3 years culinary experience Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including Serv.
