Job description
The Senior Associate, Investment Advisory will oversee a diversified portfolio of complex commercial real estate debt transactions, including whole loans, syndicated loans, and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) across stabilized, construction, and transitional loans. This role requires strong expertise in real estate investment fundamentals, independent review of loan agreements and third-party reports (appraisals, engineering, environmental, and zoning), and sound judgment on complex transactions across multiple U.
S. markets.
