Product & Delivery Lead

Role Overview We are looking for a Product & Delivery Lead to act as the central nervous system for our engineering team. You will sit right at the intersection of Strategy (The Why) and Execution (The When). You won't be inheriting a perfect process with a nice handbook. You will be walking into a fast-moving environment where you need to build the tracks while the train is moving.

This is a 50/50 Role: Product (50%) : You digest high-level goals from Leadership and turn them into clear, technically sound specs that engineers can actually build. Delivery (50%) : You run the machine. You manage the sprints, unblock the developers, and ensure we ship on time, every time.

Responsibilities

We don't care about "Agile purity"—we care about speed. You will design and implement the workflow that works for us. If the daily stand-up is a waste of time, kill it and replace it with something better. Protect the Team: You are the filter between the chaos of business requirements and the focus of the engineering team.

You ensure requirements are clear before they touch a line of code. Own the Internal Products: We have several proprietary AI tools in development. You will treat these like your own startup, managing the backlog and driving them from "Prototype" to "Product." Support the Business: You will help us win. When we have a new proposal, you will help structure the technical delivery plan so we promise exactly what we can deliver.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications Recent Master's Graduate : You have a Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering Management. 1-3 Years of "Builder" Experience : You have worked in a tech-first environment, a startup or a fast-paced consultancy. You know what it feels like to wear multiple hats.

Data Driven: You are comfortable collecting, handling and analysing data. Your reports are based on facts and all decisions data driven. Technically Fluent : You don't need to code, but you must be respected by engineers. Real-world test: You know why "real-time" is 10x harder than "batch," and you can explain it to a non-technical person.

Tooling Expert: You know your way around Project tools (Jira, Linear, or Productboard) and Product tools (Productboard, Notion, Confluence). You don't just use the default settings; you configure them to make the team faster. High Ownership : You don't wait for permission to fix things. If you see a problem, you solve it.

Soft Skills Communicator: You have the ability to command a room and present complex technical progress to non-technical boards and steering committees. Builder Mentality: A desire to build internal tools and products, not just manage client deliverables.
