Facility Engineer

The Facility Engineer is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and related infrastructure. Maintains production equipment to organizational standards while minimizing downtime and improving reliability. Supports capital expenditure planning by identifying facility and equipment needs, developing project scope and cost estimates, and coordinating approved projects through completion.

Manages external service providers as needed to meet organizational requirements. Oversees mechanics and technicians who repair and maintain equipment and administers training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair practices.
