As a Sales Assistant based in Lowestoft you’ll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing advice and product recommendations Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude Making outbound phone calls to previous customers to regain their business Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customers Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse This is a full time permanent role
• Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17.00pm. There is a potential to work Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm as overtime once trained And here’s what we’d like you to have: Previous face to face sales and customer service experience is essential. To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch. Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
