Marketing Director

Lush Lawn & Sarari Tree is seeking a Marketing Director who will hold the ultimate responsibility for the organization’s marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. Develops and executes marketing strategy by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competition, driving lead generation, improving customer experience, and strengthening brand presence.

This position is 100% in-office at the company headquarters in Waterford, Michigan Duties of the Marketing Director: Development and implementation of the brand strategy Developing and delivering the marketing and communications strategy for new and existing services for multiple business service lines Implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR Partner with the sales leaders to drive pipeline growth, conversion and revenue impact; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing effective tools, materials and presentations Manage company websites and social media presence; direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data Drives achievement of financial objectives by developing and managing the annual marketing budget, forecasting and allocating spend, monitoring performance against plan, analyzing variances, and making strategic adjustments to optimize results Generating, tracking, and managing marketing leads Requirements of the role: Minimum of five years of marketing management (managing a team) Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles (share portfolio) Experience with Hubspot or SalesForce preferred Confident, driven and dynamic leader Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities Demonstrated ability with business financial planning, strategy and statistical analysis Detail Oriented Salary $75000 - $95000 annually based on experience Benefits: Competitive pay and bonus potential PTO Medical, dental, vision, and voluntary life insurance 401K with company match Paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Employee discount
