Promotions Supervisor

The Promotions Supervisor is responsible for the daily execution and operation of all casino promotions, drawings and special events. This position ensures promotions are conducted accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The supervisor role also serves as the primary trainer and subject matter expert for casino promotions by educating team members, casino departments, and guests on promotional mechanics, kiosk functionality, loyalty programs, and event procedures.

This position partners closely with Marketing, Player Development and other departments to ensure every promotion and event is executed successfully.
