What You'll Do

Be the Go-To HR Partner

• • Serve as the primary HR contact for a portfolio of clients *
• • Build strong relationships and deliver tailored HR solutions *
• • Proactively identify issues and provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, and benefits *

Drive Operational Excellence

• • Oversee core HR functions like onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration *
• • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR service delivery *
• • Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve efficiency *

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

• • Mentor, coach, and develop HR team members *
• • Set goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth *
• • Ensure service levels are met-and exceeded *

Ensure Compliance & Mitigate Risk

• • Stay ahead of federal, state, and local employment laws *
• • Conduct audits and implement compliance best practices *
• • Address risks before they become problems *

Innovate & Improve

• • Identify opportunities to enhance HR services and client satisfaction *
• • Lead projects that drive efficiency and scalability *
• • Align HR strategies with broader business goals *

Train & Empower

• • Deliver engaging training sessions for clients and internal teams *
• • Support onboarding/offboarding of clients *
• • Be a trusted resource for HR best practices *

Work Environment

• • This role operates in a professional office environment and involves regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Occasional travel to client sites may be required *

What we are Looking for:

• • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field *
• • 5+ years of progressive HR experience *
• • 2+ years in a leadership or client-facing role *
• • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance *
• • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems *
• • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills *

Bonus Points For:* HR certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP *
