/ Qualifications High School graduate by diploma or equivalent; knowledge of food preparation and use of equipment used in large quantity cooking; ability to lift heavy items; able to work quickly and accurately; must pass skills test; ability to work harmoniously with general public, administrators, teachers, staff and students.
