Training & Support You’ll complete a full-time, paid 4-week training designed to set you up for success.

Our training includes hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and mentorship to help you build confidence and skills in your role. What You’ll Do Provide patient, empathetic support when assisting customers with credit card payment inquiries Communicate professionally and effectively through phone interactions Analyze account details to identify the best resolution for each customer Negotiate and collaborate to resolve payment-related concerns Consistently meet performance and quality goals What We Offer Monthly and quarterly performance-based incentives Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for time off based on call volumes Bilingual differential for fluency in Spanish – 15% (starting wage of $19.
