Job Summary
Production of Poly–ISO Insulation Off-line products to published specifications. Tasks include inspection of product, production and assembly of all off-line products, and cleaning and maintaining Off-line areas.
Pay Range
$22.00 to $23.00 per hour Duties and Responsibilities: Production of Nail board, Cool-Vent, Cut jobs, Rapid Lock, and Samples for sales Stacking, Cutting and assembly of Hips and Valleys, Sumps, and Feet Inspecting product for quality attributes Changing bags in dust collection system Maintaining a clean work area General labor Assist in training of new team members Maintaining 5S Checklist Fill in other areas of the plant as required Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
Knowledge of safety aspects of all equipment as well as the plant’s general safety policies. Understanding the impact of sending incorrect/defective product. Ability to operate mobile equipment safely Competencies: Teamwork Builds trust with others by encouraging open dialogue and collaboration. Seeks diverse perspectives to create stronger solutions.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Equipment Used: Forklifts, Foot Saw, Panel Saw, Rapid Lock Machine and Cool-Vent machinery. Office equipment (computer, phone, kiosk) Computer systems (CMMS, SAP, MS programs Working Conditions: Activities occur inside an insulation manufacturing facility. Job includes but are not limited to exposure to the following.
Temperatures exposed to both Ambient/outside temperatures. Nuisance dust, use of chemicals, working with mechanical parts, pinch points Noise of industrial machinery Typically 40 hour per week with overtime as required Days/shift vary based on facility need Fast paced 24/5 operation (Overtime/weekends as required) Travel Requirement Overnight travel up to 10%, this will include travel to other facilities and to trainings Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
