Elementary Campus Aide

Primary Purpose: Provide instructional assistance to students under the direct supervision of a certified teacher. Assist in preparing, conducting, and assisting in managing classroom activities.

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

• High school diploma or hold a General Educational Development (GED) certificate Major Responsibilities and Duties: Instructional Support and Student Management Assist teachers as needed during instructional time; work with individual students or small groups. Assist teacher in preparing instructional materials and classroom displays. Help maintain a neat and orderly classroom. Help with inventory, care, and maintenance of school equipment. Help supervise students throughout the school day, inside and outside the classroom. This includes lunchroom, bus, and playground duty. Assist teachers with extra duties Other Assist office staff with answering phones Check-in campus visitors using Verkada Needs as determined by Campus Administration
