Director of Learning & Technical Training

Lanco Group of Companies is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Learning & Technical Training to lead enterprise-wide workforce development across manufacturing, operations, and aftermarket service. In this high-impact role, you’ll design and execute learning strategies that accelerate time-to-competency, strengthen technical and leadership capabilities, and build a sustainable pipeline of skilled talent.

You’ll oversee internal training programs, the company’s aftermarket industrial/technical training center and customer-facing industrial/technical training, and modern learning platforms (LMS/LXP), while partnering closely with Operations, EHS/Safety, and HR leaders to build a highly skilled, future-ready workforce.
