Personal Care (assistance with bathing/toileting/general grooming etc.) Meal Preparation Medication Administration Housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, cleaning personal spaces etc.) General Supervision Adhere to a weekly schedule with good attendance and punctuality Comply with EVV System Complete and maintain all mandotory trainings and certifications (ie, CPR/FA, Article 9, Criminal History Affidavit, Central Registry, Continued Education, ect..)

Adhere to all agency policies and requirements Requirements 18 years of age or older Successful fingerprint and DES/CPS/APS clearance Ability to complete state required training through our agency
