Job description

Overview

This position is responsible for managing General Services, Legal Support, Occupational Health & Safety (EHS), and Indirect Procurement activities for Moncler Korea and Stone Island Korea. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with local regulations and company policies, workplace safety, effective vendor management, and cost optimization across non-selling goods and services categories.

The position acts as a key liaison between local functions, regional teams, external vendors, legal advisors, landlords, and government authorities. Your Impact Facility Management Oversee the maintenance and operations of Moncler and Stone Island facilities in Korea, including office and retail locations. Coordinate with maintenance staff, external vendors, and contractors to ensure timely repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment. Manage facility-related contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Security and Safety Implement and maintain security, occupational health, and safety programs in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Regularly assess potential security risks and implement measures to create a secure working environment. Conduct safety training for employees and create emergency response plans Fleet Management Manage the company's vehicle fleet, including maintenance, registration, and insurance. Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle usage, optimizing routes and vehicle allocation for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Procurement and Vendor Management Lead sourcing and procurement activities for all indirect spend categories across Moncler Korea and Stone Island Korea. Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, service levels, and supplier performance. Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, bidding, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and purchase execution.

Support business users with Purchase Requisition creation in SAP Ariba, PO issuance to vendors, and Goods Receipt processing. Provide regular order status updates to request owners. Ensure compliance with Group Procurement policies, approval matrices, and governance requirements. Conduct RFQ/RFP processes and supplier benchmarking to identify best-value solutions.

Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams to leverage preferred suppliers and global contracts where applicable. Manage contracts and service agreements with external suppliers, maintaining positive relationships. Budgeting and Cost Control Develop and manage the department’s budget, ensuring prudent allocation of resources.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on service quality. Sustainability & ESG Initiatives Promote and implement sustainable practices within Moncler Group Korea such as energy conservation and waste reduction. Legal & Corporate Governance Support Support preparation and maintenance of corporate governance documents, including Board of Directors resolutions and Shareholders' Meeting minutes.

Coordinate legal documentation and filing requirements with external legal counsel. Maintain corporate records and ensure timely statutory filings in accordance with local regulations. Support contract administration and document retention processes. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and procurement effectiveness.

Drive process standardization and automation initiatives where applicable. Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, legal requirements, and audit recommendations. Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Procurement or related disciplines. Proven experience (5+ years) in General Affairs, Procurement, Legal Administration, or Operational Support in the retail or luxury industry. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Sound knowledge of safety and security protocols and regulatory requirements in Korea.

Experience in managing external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency in using facility management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Korean.
