Description TERMITE SALES INSPECTOR – ORANGE $25.00 per hour BASE PAY ($52,000 at 40 hours per week) + COMMISSION | $80,000–$200,000+ EARNING POTENTIAL Kilter Termite and Pest Control is hiring an experienced Termite Sales Inspector / California Branch 3 Field Representative to join our Orange team. We provide our Sales Inspectors with the tools and opportunities needed to succeed, including pre-qualified company leads, a company vehicle, gas card, cell phone, paid training, benefits, and commission opportunities.

$25.00 per hour base pay — approximately $52,000 annually at 40 hours per week Commission in addition to base pay Opportunity to earn $80,000–$200,000+ annually Pre-qualified company-provided sales leads Company vehicle Company gas card Company cell phone Weekly pay with direct deposit Paid training Company uniforms 401(k) retirement plan with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation Paid holidays Paid time off Career stability Advancement opportunities SCHEDULE Full-time Monday through Friday Some Saturdays as needed WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Kilter Termite Sales Inspector, you will: Conduct thorough residential and commercial property inspections Work pre-qualified company-provided sales leads Identify termite, wood-destroying organism, pest-control, and repair needs Recommend appropriate treatment and repair solutions Prepare estimates and clearly explain recommendations to customers Follow up on pending estimates and sales opportunities Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals Confidently ask for the sale and close business Coordinate with our production team to help ensure scheduled work is completed to Kilter standards Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Successful candidates are: Competitive and goal driven Customer focused Confident and positive Coachable and trainable Comfortable following a proven sales process Strong communicators who can work effectively with different personality types Comfortable asking for the sale and closing business Able to work independently without close supervision Professional, dependable, and punctual PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift approximately 35–40 lbs.

Requirements

As a Sales Inspector at Kilter Termite and Pest Control, you’ll be instrumental in providing expert solutions and building trusted customer relationships. This role requires thorough property inspections—including attics and crawl spaces—and the ability to recommend effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. To be considered for this role, candidates must have: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the termite and pest control industry Active SPCB Branch 3 Field Representative License (required) Proven success in in-home sales and customer engagement Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Professional appearance and demeanor
