As part of our committed team, you’ll lead with empathy and professionalism to create a culture within the service where every person can thrive. Ideally having a strong background in managing care and support services. You'll be able to hit the ground running and champion the initiatives presented by our dedicated and passionate team. Your Working Hours 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday (You will be part of a national on-call rota four times per year) Flexibility is required to work weekends as required to meet service needs.
