• I AM A GIVER Pay: $15.45/hour Schedule: Part-Time evenings and weekends Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional service, hospitality, and care. We are currently seeking a dependable and service-minded Part-Time PM Server to join our Dining Services team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys evening shifts (our dining rooms close at 7:00 p.m. ), values teamwork, and takes pride in providing warm, attentive service. Why You’ll Love This Role: Meaningful interactions with residents every day Supportive team environment focused on hospitality and respect Consistent evening hours with weekend rotation What You’ll Do: Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests Take and deliver meal orders accurately and efficiently Assist with dining room setup, cleaning, and reset between services Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards Work with the dining team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience What We’re Looking For: Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (training provided) Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to work evening shifts and weekends Strong customer service and communication skills Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality This is more than a serving position — it’s an opportunity to build relationships, create welcoming dining experiences, and make a difference in the daily lives of our residents.
