Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial), UK

The Legal team provides legal and regulatory advice to ensure that all CDC products and services are compliant per local regulations while also meeting the needs of CDC customers. The team interfaces externally with regulators and service providers to safeguard CDC from legal liabilities. Focus areas include Commercial and Regulatory/ Product.

This UK-based Commercial Legal Counsel role sits within the HQ Commercial Legal Team and reports to the SVP, Legal. You will be a self-starter with a strong passion for financial innovation, comfortable working cross-functionally across global business lines, and excited about Crypto.com's mission. You will own end-to-end commercial contracting for UK and cross-border matters, delivering pragmatic advice that enables growth while managing legal risk in a fast-moving, internationally regulated fintech and crypto business.

Familiarity with a trading platform’s operations with its institutional clients is preferred.
