Technical Inside Sales Representative

The Technical Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary contact for technically complex customer needs, including product specifications, technical quotations, order support, and return coordination. This role requires a strong technical understanding of the company’s product lines, the ability to provide guidance on product selection and configuration, and clear, professional communication with customers, Sales, Applications Engineering, Operations, and Accounting.

The Technical Inside Sales Representative ensures customer requirements are accurately translated into quotes and orders, and works closely with internal teams to support successful order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
