Job Description Shipping I Location: Temecula, CA Hours: Monday – Friday 5:00 AM start time Overtime: Mandatory overtime as business needs require Compensation: $21.50 per hour KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform departmental activities per standard operating procedures, MPS, and Philosophy.
• Ensure loads are complete per documentation and that they are on the correct delivery vehicle in the proper order.
• Secure loads in proper fashion to minimize damage and breakage.
• Create and execute MPS objectives; meet MPS commitments and work within the guidelines of MPS.
• Reflect Milgard business values and the Milgard Philosophy in all business interactions.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures related to all facets of job.

• None EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Previous experience in warehouse environment, particularly window manufacturing preferred
• Glass handling and/or glass knowledge a plus. EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING:
• None ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:
• Sufficient literacy to read and understand window labels and route codes
• Ability to use hand held scanning unit
• Compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to count to 500.
• Good hand eye coordination and the ability to discern colors.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work in, and promote a team environment. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Work performed in a warehouse type facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.
• Hearing protection and safety glasses required, additional safety equipment provided based on specific job.
• Work surfaces are primarily concrete with anti-fatigue mats provided where feasible. Personnel will stand while performing their respective job functions, for up to 12 hours a day.
