Master Data & HR Operations Specialist

This position reports to: HR Business Partner __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service lines, while also managing complex and escalated tasks.

Each day, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience by committing to complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also showcase your skills by supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca. You will be mainly accountable for: Ensure the correct collection, review, and consolidation of payroll information for hourly employees. Identify, analyze, and correct errors or differences before submitting payroll information.

• Maintain proper records and documentation of all adjustments. Coordinate system updates, implementations, and improvements. Follow established processes and controls for employee data management. Support the coordination and follow-up of audits, inspections, and information requests from IMSS and INFONAVIT.

Qualifications

Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Engineering or related. 5+ years of experience working in similar roles within a manufacturing enviroments. Practical experience working with SAP, TRESS and Microsoft office. Solid familiarity with Mexican federal laws, including LFT and IMSS. Intermediate English. Effective communication, critical thinking, and leadership to produce effective results.
