IBW Surveyors is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our New Projects & Records Team for a full-time,one-year contract at our Bowmanville office. No surveying experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person. What You'll Be Doing You'll help preserve decades of surveying history while bringing valuable records into the digital world.

• Preserving history: Organizing, scanning, and archiving historical survey plans and documents.
• Bringing records into the digital age: Digitizing, coding, naming, and organizing files within our research system.
• Creating order from complexity: Sorting, reducing, and managing physical and digital records.
• Exploring GIS and mapping: Supporting geographic information systems and database projects as needed.
• Learning something new: Gaining exposure to land surveying, property records, and the research behind surveying projects. Who Would Be a Great Fit? We're not necessarily looking for experience - we're looking for the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn!
